comfy spot with a few quirks
We stayed in a twin room for a night. The staff were super nice and helped out with anything we needed. Our room was clean and had decent coffee options, which was a nice touch. Just a heads up, there were some noises from outside that kept us up a bit. Walked to Shepherds Bush in 15 mins for some good food!

The room size was a major drawback. It felt cramped and difficult to navigate, particularly due to the low ceilings of the loft-style room. The shower took forever to warm up, and you could expect a trickle of water at best. The lack of breakfast and the distance from the tube station meant planning your outings was less convenient than desirable.

friendly staff , but room was cramped
The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating during my stay. My twin room had a small fridge, which kept my drinks cold and added a nice touch to the comfort. The amenities for making tea and coffee were of good quality, making mornings pleasant. Other guests mentioned enjoying the friendly staff too, and I certainly agree they made a difference.
The room size felt cramped, impacting overall comfort.

I had a mighty stay! The room was spacious and clean, what a grand surprise that was. Staff were so lovely and helpful. But that street noise from the main road was a bit much at times. Still, I’d gladly come back again!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Loftus Road stadium and close to several bus stops, making it super easy to get around. The staff were really helpful and allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel while we sorted out the £20 key deposit, which was a pleasant surprise. The room we stayed in was clean and had all the necessary amenities.
We weren't aware of the £20 deposit for the keys, which was an inconvenience.

Couples looking for a cozy escape
My partner and I had a great time here! The staff were super friendly and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. The lovely hot shower was just what we needed after a long day of exploring.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.
